Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the lack of good cooperation between employees at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), which still experiences tension between fellow employees. This study aims to determine whether teamwork has a significant effect on employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency, and how much influence it has. The method used is quantitative analysis with the help of SPSS version 23. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression to prove the influence between teamwork and employee performance. A total of 68 people were sampled in this study.  The results showed a positive and significant influence between teamwork and employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency, with a significance value (sig) of 0.002. It was also found that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.135, which means that teamwork contributes 13.5% to employee performance, while the rest is influenced by other factors.  The implication of the results of this study is the improvement of employee performance, especially in the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency
