Abstract

The rapid technological advancement in the mobile phone industry has significantly influenced the quality of products offered by stores such as Myfone Store. This research was initiated due to the potential discrepancy between customer expectations of product quality and what is actually offered by the store, creating a potential mismatch between customer expectations and the actual product quality.


The primary aim of this study is to assess the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction at Myfone Store in Pinrang County, and to measure the extent of this influence. This research employs a quantitative analysis method, utilizing the SPSS software version 23, where simple linear regression is the chosen data analysis technique. The goal is to test whether product quality directly affects customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Using a non-probability sampling technique, the study involved 135 respondents as the sample. The results indicate a positive and significant influence of product quality on customer satisfaction at Myfone Store in Pinrang County. These findings have important implications for customer satisfaction in the electronics industry, particularly in Pinrang District
