The research uses a quantitative approach with an influence relationship analysis design, where data is collected through questionnaires from 74 respondents who are active employees. The organizational justice variable is measured based on the dimensions of distributive, procedural and interactional justice, while employee commitment includes affective, normative and continuance commitment. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression test using SPSS version 23. The research results showed that organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, with a regression coefficient value of 0.342 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings indicate that employees' perceptions of justice in the organization play an important role in increasing their loyalty, dedication, and emotional involvement towards the company. The practical implication of this research is the importance of implementing fair and transparent policies to create a supportive work environment, which ultimately can strengthen employee commitment and business continuity. This research also provides theoretical contributions by strengthening the relationship between organizational justice and employee commitment in the context of the fast food sector in Indonesia. Financial literacy is an essential factor in shaping students' ability to manage their finances effectively, especially during their transition toward financial independence. Using a quantitative approach, this research employed a survey method with a structured questionnaire distributed to 96 student respondents. The data were analyzed using linear regression with SPSS 23.</p> <p>The findings indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on financial planning, with a regression coefficient of 0.360 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This result suggests that students with higher levels of financial literacy are better equipped to create and implement effective financial plans. The results also highlight the importance of financial literacy in fostering responsible financial behavior among students. This study provides practical implications for educational institutions to develop structured financial literacy programs to enhance students' financial skills. Furthermore, the findings suggest the need for policymakers to integrate financial literacy into higher education curricula. The results of the regression analysis reveal that career development programs positively and significantly impact employee loyalty. This finding indicates that well-implemented career development initiatives, such as training opportunities, recognition of achievements, and fair promotion policies, play a critical role in enhancing employees' commitment and sense of belonging to the organization. The research employs a quantitative approach using survey methods, with data collected from 117 respondents selected through convenience sampling. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression through SPSS software. The results reveal that marketing ethics significantly and positively influence customer satisfaction, with a regression coefficient of 0.182 and a significance level of 0.000. This indicates that better implementation of ethical marketing practices, including transparency in information, fair pricing, social responsibility, privacy protection, and ethical treatment of customers, leads to higher levels of customer satisfaction. These findings underscore the importance of ethical marketing as a key determinant of customer satisfaction, particularly in the competitive retail sector. The study contributes to the literature on marketing ethics and provides practical implications for retail managers. Specifically, it suggests that Panakkukang Mall should prioritize ethical marketing practices to enhance customer experiences and foster long-term loyalty. The validity and reliability of the instrument were tested using SPSS version 23, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the measurements. The findings of the study reveal that Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The regression analysis results indicate that the regression coefficient for Social Media Marketing is 0.188, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This shows that an increase in SMM activities can enhance consumer purchasing decisions. The coefficient beta of 0.343 suggests a moderate strength of influence. These results underscore the importance of interactive, personalized, and engaging social media content in attracting consumer attention and driving purchasing decisions. AI technologies, such as personalized learning materials, learning chatbots, and data analysis, are believed to create a more interactive, adaptive, and relevant learning experience, thereby encouraging students to engage more actively in the learning process. This research employs a quantitative approach using simple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires that were tested for validity and reliability, involving students from various educational levels. The results of the study indicate that AI has a significant impact on students' learning motivation. These findings suggest that the implementation of AI can enhance student engagement in learning by offering a more personalized, efficient, and needs-based approach. Furthermore, AI is considered to encourage students to develop critical thinking and decision-making skills, which are essential in management education. This study concludes that the optimal application of AI technology can improve students' learning motivation while supporting the transformation of education in the digital era. Recommendations include strengthening AI technology infrastructure in higher education, enhancing faculty capacity in utilizing this technology, and providing digital literacy training for students. Further research is suggested to explore other factors that may strengthen the relationship between AI technology and learning motivation, such as social support or learning environments.
