This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Baji Arhta Food and Trade Cooperative. The background of this study is based on the importance of the role of human resources in supporting the success of cooperatives, especially in the food and trade sector. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 active cooperative employees. The results of the study indicate that both leadership and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that an effective leadership style and a high level of job satisfaction can increase employee productivity and contribution in achieving organizational goals. This study provides important implications for cooperative management to continue to improve the quality of leadership and create a supportive work environment so that employee performance can continue to be optimal.
