Globalization This study aims to examine the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementation on the learning motivation of Management students in Makassar. AI technologies, such as personalized learning materials, learning chatbots, and data analysis, are believed to create a more interactive, adaptive, and relevant learning experience, thereby encouraging students to engage more actively in the learning process. This research employs a quantitative approach using simple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires that were tested for validity and reliability, involving students from various educational levels. The results of the study indicate that AI has a significant impact on students' learning motivation. These findings suggest that the implementation of AI can enhance student engagement in learning by offering a more personalized, efficient, and needs-based approach. Furthermore, AI is considered to encourage students to develop critical thinking and decision-making skills, which are essential in management education. This study concludes that the optimal application of AI technology can improve students' learning motivation while supporting the transformation of education in the digital era. Recommendations include strengthening AI technology infrastructure in higher education, enhancing faculty capacity in utilizing this technology, and providing digital literacy training for students. Further research is suggested to explore other factors that may strengthen the relationship between AI technology and learning motivation, such as social support or learning environments. The findings of this study are expected to make a tangible contribution to the development of technology-based learning strategies that align with the needs of modern education.
