This study aims to analyze the influence of career development programs on employee loyalty at PT Telkomsel Makassar. A quantitative approach was employed using simple linear regression to examine the relationship between the independent variable, career development, and the dependent variable, employee loyalty. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees at PT Telkomsel Makassar. The validity and reliability tests confirmed that the research instruments used were valid and reliable. The results of the regression analysis reveal that career development programs positively and significantly impact employee loyalty. This finding indicates that well-implemented career development initiatives, such as training opportunities, recognition of achievements, and fair promotion policies, play a critical role in enhancing employees' commitment and sense of belonging to the organization. This study recommends that PT Telkomsel Makassar strengthen its career development programs by offering more relevant training, establishing clear promotion paths, and periodically evaluating the effectiveness of the programs. Additionally, the organization should also consider other factors that may contribute to employee loyalty, such as organizational culture and work-life balance. A holistic approach can help improve employee loyalty, thereby supporting the long-term sustainability and success of the company
