This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational justice on employee commitment at Mie Gacoan Makassar Branch. The research uses a quantitative approach with an influence relationship analysis design, where data is collected through questionnaires from 74 respondents who are active employees. The organizational justice variable is measured based on the dimensions of distributive, procedural and interactional justice, while employee commitment includes affective, normative and continuance commitment. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression test using SPSS version 23. The research results showed that organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, with a regression coefficient value of 0.342 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings indicate that employees' perceptions of justice in the organization play an important role in increasing their loyalty, dedication, and emotional involvement towards the company. The practical implication of this research is the importance of implementing fair and transparent policies to create a supportive work environment, which ultimately can strengthen employee commitment and business continuity. This research also provides theoretical contributions by strengthening the relationship between organizational justice and employee commitment in the context of the fast food sector in Indonesia. Future research is recommended to include mediating or moderating variables to understand this relationship in more depth.
