Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work environment, training and human resource empowerment have on employee job satisfaction at Mercure Hotel Bengkulu City. The research method used is an explanatory research approach. This research uses quantitative data. Data comes from distributing questionnaires to employees of Mercure Hotel Bengkulu City. The population of this study were all employees of Mercure Hotel Bengkulu City. The sample of this study was 45 permanent employees. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS 22. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, t test and f test. The results of this study are; (1) Work Environment (X1) has a partial and positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) Mercure Hotel Bengkulu City (2) Training (X2) has a partial and positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) Mercure Hotel Bengkulu City (3) Human Resources Empowerment (X3) has a partial and positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) Mercure Hotel Bengkulu City (4) Work Environment (X1), Training (X2) and Human Resources Empowerment (X3) on Employee Job Satisfaction at Mercure Hotel Bengkulu City (Y) together have a simultaneous influence.
