The motivation for this study stems from indications of a lack of job satisfaction potentially affecting work outcomes at the office. The methodology employed is quantitative analysis, utilizing SPSS version 23. The data analysis technique applied is simple linear regression to test whether job satisfaction significantly influences employee performance. The study involved 135 respondents as its sample. The results show a positive and significant impact of job satisfaction on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.003. The coefficient of determination (R2) was found to be 0.546, indicating that job satisfaction explains about 54.6% of the variance in employee performance, while the rest is influenced by other factors. A quantitative research method was employed, gathering data through a survey using questionnaires distributed to employees of McDonald's Makassar. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique, comprising 100 respondents from various positional levels. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS statistical software, focusing on hypothesis testing through linear regression analysis.The results revealed a significant relationship between teamwork and the effectiveness of employee performance. The regression coefficients obtained indicate a positive and significant impact of teamwork on employee performance. This suggests that improvements in teamwork aspects within McDonald's work environment contribute significantly to enhancing employee performance effectiveness.This study provides new insights into the importance of teamwork in enhancing employee performance, particularly in the fast-food restaurant sector. This research was initiated due to the potential discrepancy between customer expectations of product quality and what is actually offered by the store, creating a potential mismatch between customer expectations and the actual product quality.</p> <p>The primary aim of this study is to assess the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction at Myfone Store in Pinrang County, and to measure the extent of this influence. This research employs a quantitative analysis method, utilizing the SPSS software version 23, where simple linear regression is the chosen data analysis technique. The goal is to test whether product quality directly affects customer satisfaction and loyalty.</p> <p>Using a non-probability sampling technique, the study involved 135 respondents as the sample. This phenomenon indicates the inability of the Education Department to optimize human resource management to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to explore the process of managing leadership style to enhance employee performance in the education department. The method used is quantitative analysis with SPSS version 23, and the data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. This is done to prove the real influence of leadership style on employee performance. From 154 individuals sampled, the results show a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance in the Education Department. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.054, which means that the authoritarian leadership style contributes 58.7% to employee performance, with the rest influenced by other factors. This research is to describe the utilization of Islamic venture capital for micro, small and medium enterprises. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of a literature study. The data information in this study comes from books and journals related to the themes discussed. The results of the study show that Islamic venture capital financing can develop MSME businesses in the form of strengthening capital so that with the strengthening of capital the activities of micro, small and medium enterprises can develop well.
